Online Services

Your eLibrary has changed

Our free eLibrary has changed. We've moved our online library from RB Digital to Libby (from Overdrive), the brilliant one-tap reading app.

Libby is a simple to use app for your Phone, Tablet or Computer, and can give you access to a variety of library services, including eMagazines, eBooks, eAudiobooks and eComics. It is completely free and available to all our library members.

You will need your library card number and PIN to access this service

Don't worry, the thousands of free to access eBooks, eAudio, and eMagazines will be moving with us. Take a quick look at what you need to do.

Calling all Kindle Fire users

You'll notice that Amazon haven't made Libby available on their app store yet. Hopefully this will happen soon, but until then, you can use the classic Overdrive app.

With Libby you will continue to be able to browse, borrow, and enjoy all the same great material you love, but with some extra features such as highlighting, notes, custom reading list and enhanced search options.

Libby will guide you through the simple set-up process, and we are here to help too!

Transition from RBdigital

If you currently have a book checked out in the RBdigital app, it will be available through the remainder of the lending period, so you can finish your title without disruption or risk of losing your place in the book.

Holds will not be moved, but you may export your Transaction History from the RBdigital websites by accessing My Account > Profiles. You can place holds on those titles again in Libby.
